Charity Day

Over the years, the Heritage Railway and Carousel Company (HRCC) has given back to the community through its CHARITY DAY. This occurs on a Saturday in June when a charitable non-profit organisation receives the proceeds from the rides that day.

The volunteers of the HRCC vote upon which charitable non-profit organisation will receive the Charity Day proceeds during our Fall Meeting for the following June.

With each Charity Day, the HRCC raises between $1,500 - $2,000. And these proceeds are presented to the charitable non-profit organisation during our annual Volunteer Appreciation Dinner in September.

This June, the Teen Lunch Program at St. Brice’s Anglican Church received the proceeds from our 2026 Charity Day!
